Credit cards are always charged on the dispatch day or later. Sizes All shoes on this page are made to English sizes. For European, Japanese and US sizes please refer to the Shoe size conversion chart (If you can not decide between two different sizes - use the larger one! Most shoes are made to give you rather tight fit). Colours Due to various monitors, graphic cards, screen resolution etc. please note that the shade of colours seen on your monitor may vary slightly from the real product. Satin shoes are made white for easy dyeing to match your costume color. Here is more info on dyeing satin shoes Soles All dance shoes we sell come with suede soles, which are only suitable for indoor use. (The only exception is Supdance style 6700 which comes with outdoor/indoor soles) Special orders Some rare combinations of model/size/width/material are marked (Spec order). These are "special order" shoes, which are not stocked (not even by the relevant factories). We will order them to be made for you, however on the condition that these shoes can not be cancelled or returned. Also we are unable to guarantee any set delivery dates, sorry. Prices all our prices are shown in British Pound Sterling (GBP). To convert them to your currency you may use this Personal Currency Converter (courtesy of Fieba) Taxes All prices are shown exclusive of VAT (sales tax). UK and EC customers have to add VAT at 17.5%. Other customers do not pay any sales tax. Shipping charges Shoes are normally shipped by First class mail (within UK) or Air mail. If required we can also ship by FedEx, which is faster but more expensive, especially on small orders. The costs are :
Returns/Exchanges We will accept returns/exchanges of all shoes providing they come back unused, in the original factory condition, including the original shoe box. Just send the shoes back to the address shown on your invoice and enclose your invoice or its photocopy plus a note explaining what you would like us to do. (exchange for...../refund). If shoes are sent back without the original box or when the box has been damaged (by writing or sticking postage stamps on it), we reserve the right to charge the customer for the cost of a new box (currently £5.00). Shipping/handling charges are non-refundable. Who we are Virtual Dance Shoe Shop is run by ZEM Software, the company who owns and maintains Dancesport UK web site. (This is how we raise funds for further development of our site.)
