I was impressed by most of the tracks with nice arrangements,
the Cha-cha-chas are very good, for example "Evenezual", "Maria Bonita",
(my favourite) and "Curiosity". I am sure you will enjoy dancing to the
rumbas played at 24 B.P.M. "Mas Alla", "Love Story" (this is a super rumba)
and "Il Ragazzo Sul Delfino". I have often complained about the Sambas
that seem to take ages to kick in with the rhythm, fortunatelly this CD
is OK and the tempo is just right. "Swing Da Calor" and a super samba
I consider to be in a class of its own "Tico Tico" together with
"Banda El Conversar Fiaba". The three jives are very good "Ray Galato
Medley", "Blue Dance" and "Shake rattle and roll" are played at 44 B.P.M.
I must admit I found the last two tracks Paso Doble's seemed to lack
correct phrasing and some latin dancers may have problems fitting them
into their routines "Fiesta Madrilena" and "El Matador".
Even with some of my comments it is a excellent CD worth adding to
your collection.
