MAB658 Derby, United Kingdom I shall be moving to live in the UK in February and will therefore have to leave my current dance partner. I'm therefore looking for an adult female partner who lives reasonably near to Derby. I've been dancing Latin in competition in France since October 2006 and we've made good progress. I've also recently started competing in the standard ballroom dances, where we've jumped straight in with some quite good results. It's difficult to say at what level I am in British terms, but I'm sure a try-out would reveal that quickly enough. I measure about 5'10" (1.76m) without shoes and am therefore looking for a partner around 5'7" or 5'8" (non-smoker please). I believe that the most important things to look for are motivation and commitment - dancing as a sport takes up a lot of time and has to become a key element of your life if you're going to succeed.
